Accomplishing a given job, assignment or any activity is crucial for someone’s career and personal achievements, and most of us experienced the feeling of guilt when a certain activity is not accomplished because of taking a break such as eating lunch or maybe have a time walking around the block. The idea of time wasting goes to the time spent not working. But this logical thinking is not far from the truth, as it reveals that the frequent taking of periodic breaks just to do nothing is a tool that is crucial for an individual’s productivity.
